Christmas and New Year's Opening Hours
Please note that we will be closed from December 24, 2024, until January 1, 2025. All inquiries will be addressed after January 2, 2025.
During our closure, you may use our live chat. However, if your query remains unresolved, a ticket will be raised and responded to after January 2nd.
Detailed Schedule:
- 23/12/2024 (Monday): Open until 3 PM. Online orders dispatched at 2 PM. No Walk ins.(Note: deliveries will not arrive before Christmas).
- 24/12/2024 (Tuesday): Closed
- 25/12/2024 (Wednesday): Closed
- 26/12/2024 (Thursday): Closed
- 27/12/2024 (Friday): Closed
- 28/12/2024 (Saturday): Closed
- 29/12/2024 (Sunday): Closed
- 30/12/2024 (Monday): Open until 3 PM. Online orders dispatched at 2 PM. No Walk ins.
- 31/12/2024 (Tuesday): Closed
- 01/01/2025 (Wednesday): Closed
- 02/01/2025 (Thursday): Open as usual.

1) Special Closure Dates:
Unfortunately our servicing and repair services will remain closed indefinitely.
Please do not bring or send your coffee machine to us.

2) Regular Opening Hours:
If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
Lunch break: 12:00-12:30. You might find our shutter closed during lunch break.
Cut off time for online orders: 14:00 pm Monday to Friday.
All orders, including collections from our workshop, must be paid online. we can`t take payments in store.
