Due to an industrial strike at Canada Post, we suspend all deliveries to Canada. We do not know how long this will last

United States
The US goverment is introducing tariffs on all parcels arrving from abroad from 31/08/2025 so We are suspending US orders from today to make some changes on our website. We are hoping to open checkout for our US customers from 1st of September.

Israel

As Royal Mail suspended sending parcels to Israel, we have no other choice but to do the same.

Orders to Israel are disabeled on the website.

1) Special Closure Dates:

We will close at 4:30pm on 10/10/2025, Friday. This does not affect our online orders dispatch at 2pm.

We will be opening at 12 am on 16/10/2025 Thursday. This does not affect our online orders dispatch at 2pm.

2) Regular Opening Hours:

If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop (pre-booked) in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

However we are unable to serve "walk-ins" to our physical shop. Please always get in touch with us first so we can book a timeslot for you.

Lunch break: 12:00-12:30. You might find our shutter closed during lunch break.

Cut off time for online orders: 14:00 pm Monday to Friday.
All orders, including collections from our workshop, must be paid online. we can`t take payments in store.
