1) Special Closure Dates:

Summer Holiday Closure Notice

We will be closed for holiday from 3:00 PM on Wednesday, 6th August 2025 until 9:00 AM on Monday, 18th August 2025.

Last dispatch: 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 6th August 2025
First dispatch after reopening: 2:00 PM on Monday, 18th August 2025
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on 6th August will be dispatched on or after 18th August

All enquiries, including live chat messages and support tickets, will be responded to from 18th August onwards.

2) Regular Opening Hours:

If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop (pre-booked) in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

However we are unable to serve "walk-ins" to our physical shop. Please always get in touch with us first so we can book a timeslot for you.

Lunch break: 12:00-12:30. You might find our shutter closed during lunch break.

Cut off time for online orders: 14:00 pm Monday to Friday.
All orders, including collections from our workshop, must be paid online. we can`t take payments in store.
