1) Special Closure Dates:
We will be closed from 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 19, 2025 until 9:00 AM on Thursday, June 26, 2025.
During this period, both our online and physical shops will be closed. We will not be able to receive new deliveries of coffee machines or dispatch any online orders.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
2) Regular Opening Hours:
If you do not find any special closure date above we dispatch orders and welcome customers to our workshop (pre-booked) in Harrow Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
However we are unable to serve "walk-ins" to our physical shop. Please always get in touch with us first so we can book a timeslot for you.
Lunch break: 12:00-12:30. You might find our shutter closed during lunch break.
Cut off time for online orders: 14:00 pm Monday to Friday.
All orders, including collections from our workshop, must be paid online. we can`t take payments in store.
