It's a very common question, so we give you some possible solutions for that.

Possible faults:

1. Faulty Group gasket
2. Perfect crema pin is missing
3. Pressurised basket is blocked (in this case please soak it oven cleaner for long hours and then try to clean it with a soft brush). Do NOT use a pin to clean your basket.
