Shipping
Our deliveries are managed through APC Next Day, which typically takes 1-2 working days for delivery. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, spanning the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. Please note that specific delivery time slots are not provided, but you will receive a tracking number on the morning of the delivery.
If you place an order before 11 am on a regular working day (or by 10 am on Fridays), there is a 90% likelihood that your delivery will be successful on the following working day.
We offer FREE shipping for coffee machines and grinders to addresses in England and Wales. For locations in Northern Ireland and Scotland, there is a £20 shipping fee and £30 for Isle of Man.
Regrettably, we are unable to ship coffee machines to any other UK islands, including Jersey and Guernsey, BFPO addresses, or international destinations.
Click and Collect
We also provide a Click + Collect service at our single location, Mr. Bean2cup, situated at 150 B Greenford Road, HA13QP, North West London, UK, with a pickup timeframe of 1 hour or in 1-2 working days, depending on stock. Collection is avalable Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (Appointment only between 5pm and 7pm)

Upon placing an order through our website, please await the confirmation email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
Ensure you have your ID and the payment card used for your purchase when you come to collect your order. If you've arranged for someone else to pick up the item on your behalf, please send us their full name via email and instruct them to bring their ID.
Return Policy for Coffee Makers
Please be aware that we can only accept returns for unused coffee makers within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Fill out our "Contact Us" form and include your order number (e.g., "Return of ON-1234") in the Subject field.
In the "Enquiry" section, provide a reason for the return (e.g., changed my mind) and specify whether you prefer us to arrange a collection or if you plan to use a third-party courier for the return.
Either way, you are required to bear the return cost.
If you opt for a third-party courier, remember to fully insure the machine to its value as you will be responsible for any potential transit damage or loss.
If you choose for us to arrange a collection:
- We will arrange a pickup with APC between Monday and Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Note that specific time slots are not available.
- We will charge £30 for return shipping, which will be deducted from your total payment once we receive the coffee maker.
- Specify the day on which we can schedule the collection, and please provide a minimum notice of two working days.
Wait for our response, which will include a return confirmation number and a shipping label if you have selected an APC collection organized by us.
Pack the coffee maker, along with all its accessories. We deduct the cost of any missing accessories from your refund.
Either wait for the scheduled collection by APC or take the machine to your local APC depot (must be priorly agreed), depending on your chosen option. Be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for missed collections by the courier, although such instances are rare.
Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to be processed and credited back to your account.
Warranty
Domestic Use:
All Gaggia coffee machines come with a 3 year warranty, except the followings:
-Gaggia MD15 Grinder (2 years),
-Gaggia Besana (2 years),
-Gaggia Carezza Deluxe (2 years),
-Nemox Grinder (2 years)
Commercial, including office use comes with 1 year warranty only with all coffee makers.
